Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We are a military family of five living in the DC area. We fell in love with Sandbridge when we rented a home more than 15 years ago, and were lucky enough to purchase "Knot Flying" as our primary residence in 2011 and have lived there for many years. We put our heart and soul into making this the perfect beach vacation home, so we hope it can be a place where you will make make meaningful and lasting memories with your families and friends.
